No service - withholding my hard earned money

The worst experience I have ever had with an insurer, months down the line and my Funds at work has not been released into my new RA. No feedback, not a peep and the growth on my funds has also stopped according to the latest statement. I would not recommend using their 'service' as it is non-existent. I will also ensure that everyone I know hears of this.
