NO RESPONSE TO QUERY ON MULTIPLY
To date I have not received a resolution to my query to Multiply sent via email on 6 May 2020 and feedback given to them via sms on 7 May 2020. All I've received is a generic email reply promising feedback. This is unacceptable and I think the courtesy of a response would be seen to.
