No response to query

I resigned from my job and started a new job. I chose to withdraw my provident fund. I received an SMS on 3/09/2015 that reads: \FundsAtWork has received all the information regarding your claim.<br> <br> On 08/09/2015 I received an SMS that reads: "FundsAtWork welcomes you to our fund. You are in the entrepreneur product option. More information to follow. Pre-registration available on the web. <br> <br> I sent an email to the Gauteng email address as per the momentum website because I need to know why I am getting an SMS welcoming me to the fund if I resigned from my job and chose to withdraw the funds.<br> <br> No one even bothered to reply to assist me"
