NO Response to Progress of claim
I handed all documents in on 13/08/2024and was advised this would take 4-6 weeks. Its now been 7 weeks and when I request feedback on my claim, I met with absolutely no response. I have followed up now 4 times with no feedback supp****. Thandeka and Salamina have been asked to advise, but neither has bothered to come back to me.
