No Response to Emails

I have written 4 emails to Momentum regarding my Unit Trust and have not had 1 reply The address I used is: ********** There is no point in having an address if one gets no reply to a simple question? My first email goes back to 26 August and then another 3 on 30 Jan 2018, 1 Feb and 2 Feb. They state they will reply in 24 hours?

This is certainly not resolved. I am still waiting for forms to be sent to me. I have received one for a new account but need to fill in one to transfer my funds to my wife. When am I going to receive this?
