No Response to emails!!!!

I am terribly disappointed in the lack of service I've received from Funds At work. I submitted my claim on the 5th of December. And the last communion received from PSG admin was that my funds were being disinvested. This was the 17th of December.

They claim the who process takes 10-15 working days to finalize but that is absolute nonsense. No one responds to emails. You run out of airtime whilst waiting to speak to a service consultant. It's just a mess and really frustrating.

I'm not sure what else one needs to do to get their funds out of this administrator but I'm appauled by their services or lack of!!!!
