No response from unclaimed retirement funds

In 2013 I left my job of that time. I was given all the necessary documents to claim from Metropolitan Retirement Administrators. Since that time I was asked to fax my documents to them, but there was no response, even after several attempts. I understand that they merged with Momentum, and called about a month back. They found my info on their system as unclaimed funds, and opened a case to resolve the issue. The persons all said that they will get back to me, but I am still waiting.<br> Can someone please email me all the necessary steps and documents to claim this funds, to [Email Removed]
