No response fitness device not received

I have signed up about a week ago and as advertised multipy would send you a garmin vivofit 4 fitness tracker due to the current special nov-dec, upon signing up for multiply they are supposed to send me a voucher link to redeem the device and till this point i have called and emailed multiply and they just told me that they will contact me, its been a week and still nobody has contacted me regarding this, how on earth can it take so long so send me an email with an link. please rectify this as i am second guessing the standard of service now that i have signed up and it starts like this.
