No Response !!!!!!
<p>To whom it my concern,</p> <p>I requested that my investment be paid out to me ..and its a month later and I have no response from your generic e-mail that says "we will revert back to you"..which is utter B.S!!!!!</p> <p>Your company is quick to advise if no funds were received via sms so Momentum can make money of my investment!!</p> <p>It does probably me e-mailing Mr. Nicolass Kruger your group CEO..Well my next step is to publish this on facebook as well as the FIAS Ombud!</p> <p> </p> <p>Wayne Powell</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I have called the number reflected on your complaint. I am sure that you are busy hence the phone was not answered.
I wish to confirm that the claim forms were received on the 3rd April 2017.
The claim process has a turnaround time of 26 working days, however we endeavour to get the claims paid as soon as possible.
The claim first goes for disinvestment, thereafter for tax, thereafter for bank verification and then we are in a position to pay the claim.
