No positive feed back

I still haven't received any positive feedback from Momentum. When i called them I was told that i need to submit the necessary documents for them to process my payment now im being told that my former employer did not submit the correct papers. I'm really tired of running around for whats due to me. Can someone please give me accurate information otherwise I will get my lawyer involved
