No points allocation - Annoyed

On the 22 March 2017, Dischem Victory submitted my receipts from January to March to Momentum enquiring why no allocation of points. On the 29th March received a reply to the email stating that till slips have been added on the files for processing. It has been over a month and still no allocation. Recent March and April slips have not yet been registered hence no points. I almost spent about R6000.00 to date at Dischem however no awards and momentum multiply kindly deduct the monthly fee from my account … for no service ….I have made numerous calls to Momentum with no productive outcome .Is this how Momentum treat customers ??? When will my points be allocated ??? “ in a year” ???

We have allocated some of the Dis-Chem benefit for spend received from 24 March 2017. We are however still waiting for information from Dis-Chem for purchases made between 3 January 2017 and 6 March 2017. Until we receive purchase information from our partner we are unable to allocate points. We are in the process of verifying with our partner why the information was not sent and when it will be received. The Dis-Chem file run is only updated once a month on the 10th of each month.
I am sorry that we are not able to fully resolve your query at this stage - we are aware of the problem and are in the process of resolving the issue. Our Business Analyst has advised that this is unfortunately not a quick fix and will take some time to resolve. I am thus unable to give you a time frame as to when the matter will be resolved, but will provide you with further feedback as and when more information has been received.
Kind regards,
N D'Arch

Good Day .
Dischem emailed all the receipts on the 22 March @ 10:57. This was acknowledged by Lesiba Manaka on the 22 March @ 1:12 pm . Furthermore the purchases were been captured in an email sent on the 29th March. So I am very confused as to what information is required in addition.
I received an call from one of the managers and his information does not relate to your feedback in the first paragraph .

I dont appreciated your attitude ..... this really reflects on momentum as a organisation ....
The person that call me was very polite and concerned unfortunately your tone unacceptable ... Read my second reply again pertaining to the purchase proof awaiting from Dischem not the time frame .. I am the customer
The person that called me previously I would like to deal with him not to communicate to a person of your nature who has no customer relations instinct.
