NO payout waiting mnor than a month

What a useless bunch and company. Requested my pay out the 18th of Feb, and after getting the correct info what is needed (several emails after initial request) and also a threating email email stating that application will be cancelled if I do not send required info and docs and this is after it was send two times already. Then contacting them telephonically due to no further feedback I am advised that they wait for SARS mafia to "clear" "approve" whatever and now after a further 2 emails to them still nothing!!

Who are you to withhold MY money - in the mean time I am loosing interest and you are getting the interest in my money.
