No one wants to account for missing documents
I am an ex employee of FNB and i have resigned from FNB and have requested to withdraw my funds. Since the beginning of October i have been trying to track down my claim. When i call my former employer (FNB) they inform me that they have sent my documents to Momentum, and when i call momentum they do not seem to have my docs. I have several screenshots and confirmation from FNB that they hve indeed sent my documents to a lady named Lufuno from Momentum. But i am not getting any help. No one seems to take this matter seriously. My docs are somewhere in momentum and i need to get assistance urgently. This is just a joke! Its unprofessional and unfair.
