No Multiply cashbacks after 6 weeks

Early December last year I confirmed that Multiply is still giving cashbacks to members who sign up to Strava's annual plan.

On the 11th of December I submitted the invoice as proof that I purchased an annual subscription and requested my cashbacks.

I have been following up almost every week and the first time I ever got feedback was on the 18th of January, stating they have had technical difficulties and will resolve my query soon.

Alas, today is the 26th of January and I have had no additional feedback or my cashbacks.
