No Momentum walk in center or consultants in Durban for life and investments

<p>I have a 90 year grandmother who needs to sort our her momentum life and investments. She has been due to be paid out a lump for a while now and has been trying to sort it out telephonicallly to no success as she is very old. She asked me last week if i know Momentum offices in Durban and i said "yes" there are big offices near gateway. I knew that it was momentum health offices but like other offices like discovery health there walk in center can assist you with any discovery query all they do is they call the relevent department for assistance. I am shocked today when i am advised that the momentum offices in durban will only assist with health queries. I then called into momentum to confirm where there offices are for life and investments and was advised there are non they are only in johannesburg. The call center agent then gave me a few names of momentum financial advisors. I do not want my grandmother to deal with a person that she does not know, who is only interested in broker noting her and making a quick penny, as i know exactly how these advisors work they only see money. That is why my gran wanted to deal with a direct momentum employee who could assist her with her query and submit her documents on her behalf. I cannot beleive that Momentum of all companies cannot accomodate such a simple request. </p>
