No Momentum

My husband's RA tax certificate was not sent to SARS by Momemrum timeously and being auto-assed by SARS his tax submissions could not be processed. He then had to pay a tax practioner to assess and resubmit his tax returns at the peescribed fee. This involved having to request Momentum to send the tax certificate. My husband and his broker has complained to Momentum that this fee should be refunded to my husband as it was due to Momentum's error, but to date all the correspondence has been misinterpreted and the blame been put on anyone but Momentum.
