No integrity and honesty

I would like just like to understand why momentum send an email stating turnaround time is 26 business days however that is not true what about trust and integrity than one finally gets through the contact centre and you advised everything is processed money will be in within 3 -5 business days and you think thank god hope as am alone unemployed taking care of my. Daughter thought debts as am still hunting.Than same day you get an email saying it's 7-10 business days like and additional week outside the 26 business days .
