No help or response from Momentum complaints dep.

I was contacted by ICTS tracers(on behalf of Momentum) about a provident fund owed to me for a company I worked for 20 years ago and informed that payout was pending I was married and got divorced the agent requested paper work from me and I sent her everything she asked for including a affidavit (she said would be acceptable) I took a day off from work to get this done only for her to e mail me two days later that Momentum would not accept the affidavit and needed my divorce decree or previous marriage certificate I informed her that I do not have any of that documentation and I live in Rustenburg and can not get to Johannesburg High court for a copy so I mailed Momentum complaints department to find out what am I to do now ? They have as yet not even got in touch with me there is simply just no response from them and I do not know what to do now they keep on sending me messages that the payout is pending but they do not tell me what I am suppose to do now !!!! I can not understand this as they say they want to make sure they are paying the correct person .....my id number has never changed how can they doubt who I am ?
