No Feedback EVER !!!
I have sent my documents for a death claim in 2019 and 2020 . Whenever I call to make a follow up i am told that i need to speak to the person who is handling the claim. The person handling claim Erlinah Mashile never ever returns the calls nor responds to email messages. I would like to know what is happening with the claim and when can i expect to receive feedback and the funds as I also need money to see for my children. It is unfair that one has to wait 2 years for a simple answer
