No feedback after submission of withdrawal form

I moved my pension fund from the GEPF to a momentum preservation fund when I resigned from my previous employer. According to the rules I am entitled to a once of withdrawal from the fund. I completed a withdrawal form and emailed it to the email address on the form. The form was submitted on the 31st of January. I have since tried to follow up on my request but received no feedback, I tried multiple call centers at Momentum. This is really pathetic and is a concern to know that I have invested with Momentum.
