No Feedback
I submitted a document that was outstanding for my case with momentum for my Pnesion Fund payment. I was advised by Chantal Abrahams that the case must go through their legal department for 48-72hrs turnaround time. I sent the document last week Monday, is another monday today yet I haven't received any feedback from the momentums legal department. I escalated the matter to Craig Walker, who when I request the legal department contact numbers, he says I can not have their contact numbers. Can I please get feedback from momentums legal department or can I have their contact numbers so that I call them my self. I just fail to understand a 48-72 turning in to a WEE****!

The matter was escalated to the Service Manager and the details are as follows;
The claim has been delayed due to various outstanding documents and information as confirmed by the employer,
The final documents being the divorce order documents were sent to us at 20h11 on 28/10/2017.
These documents were then sent to our legal department which is the correct process. The turnaround time from or legal department is 5 working days from date of submission which was the 30th.
This has been followed up with the legal department and feedback will be provided to you .
