No email response
I've sent a mail to Momentum on the 19th and again on the 21st. Still no response. I just want to ask if I can claim for back problems. I'm used to quick response from them but this is pathetic. I just need a response. Hopefully now I can get a reponse.

There are always qualifying criteria that have to be met in terms of a claim. If you lodge a claim for your back, the necessary investigation and the qualifying criteria will have to align. Provide us with the relevant claim details and then your claim will be investigated accordingly.
