NO DELIVERY & NO SERVICE - MOMENTUM MULTIPLY

I purchased Edcon vouchers on the 28th of July and still haven't received the vouchers! Nor have I received any response from them after calling and emailing them numerous times to follow up. <br> <br> I also queried my Pick n Pay smart shopper benefit as it is activated but doesn't seem to show any savings on the benefit statement. Surprise-surprise, I still haven't had any response to this query either.<br> <br> The service is atrocious! I am so disappointed and don't recommend anyone buying anything off their online shop, as they have no idea how to run an online shopping business. Delivery is late, and queries are left unattended.
