No customer service. Cant see my products on app/website

I have sent ny query to Momentum since the BEGINNING of the year. It is December and my query is still not completed. I get an email saying they are working on it. But for the WHOLE YEAR? WOW.

I do not have access to all my products on the app nor on the website. I have to request a statement from someone at work every time i want to see. This is totally unacceptable. But because it is compulsory at work to take these products i cant get out of it but i personally wouldnt choose Momentum. The customer service is NOT good and products are super expensive.
