No communication. Zero updates
The worst financial institution to invest with. You process a claim, they say it will take 26 Days. In every instance I called I was told the same thing. That your claim is being processed. Now it is beyond the 26 Days and I was told I must wait for another 2 weeks. To think I wanted to open an RA with them. I will be taking my funds elsewhere.

04 Apr 2026, 21:23- This is ridiculous. You always say you will escalate the matter which result to no action. The very same thing was promised. I can see that other people are struggling with the exact same problem. It’s appalling to see how little effort you make in customer service.
