no communication regarding my withdrawal status.

i recently made a request through Outsurance shared services which is the company i worked for, for my pension fund to be withdrawn, as much as i understand your turnaround times i do not understand why my funds are still in the funds a work fund i log in everyday to check if the process has begun only to find that nothing has been done yet.i also asked if there is any way i can track the process today is day 3 since i made that request and nobody has answered yet. from my understanding momentum is working with PSG regarding this matter so i honestly employ someone from moment to find out if anything has been done it is worrying that initially when i submitted my forms i received an email from momentum congratulating me for staying with the fund when i requested to pull out and now i am getting no communication whatsoever. please can somebody email me with regards to the progress of my pension fund being withdrawn as i am starting to believe nothing has been done yet. upon logging in it also shows that my pension fund is still involved in your market trades had my request been acknowledged that would have stopped. I hope to hear positive news and soon.
