No communication
I submitted my claim on the 9th July and received an automated email. I have sent numerous emails asking if all documents were received. Momentum has a tendency of coming back weeks later to say documents are incomplete. Can the person working on my claim please contact me, because my emails are never returned too. I am disappointed.
