No communication

I am writing this review with great disappointment in momentum. I logged a claim against my husbands pension fund 2 months ago. Till date I received no payment, and yes I know there are a timeframe in which they can pay these funds, but there communication are non existent. I've send an email on the 11th of April 2022 and I am still waiting for a response. I am suppose to get feedback within 48hours. The service is pathetic to say the least. My ex husband got his pay-out from Sanlam a month ag already and all funds work on the same turnaround time. Momentum just don't care about service delivery.
