NO COMMUNICATION

I had to end my employment due to a temporary disability, rendering me unemployed. My only income is a monthly disability payment from Momentum until I recover or find another source of income. Since i am still not recovered, this is my only source of income as a sole breadwinner. Since the inception of these claims, I have not had the 'priviledge' of being communicated with, just totally ignored like it's not important for me to know what's happening with MY situation. Despite several requests from my ex-company and MYSELF, they continue NOT to inform me. They don't even respond to MY emails. All I get are automated responses and eventually they respond to my ex-company. This time it was a week ago and I have not received their correspondence. I am to see my specialist as per their request in September and if I didn't follow up 2 days ago I wouldn't know when to go, which would affect my income. IT'S NEGLIGENT. UNPROFESSIONAL & RIDICULOUS! Am I not a client??? Why is it so difficult to communicate with ME????
