NO COMMUNICATION
I SUBMITTED AN OCCUPATIONAL DISABILITY CLAIM ON THE 23 JUNE TO MOMENTUM AS I HAVE PARKISONS DISEASE AND AM NO LONGER ABLE TO WORK - ON THE 4TH AUGUST I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE CLAIM HAD BEEN APPROVED AND THE PAYMENT WOULD TAKE 3-4 DAYS ... NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION AND NO PAYMENT TO DATE AND I CANNOT SPEAK TO AN ASSESSOR I AM ONLY ABLE TO SPEAK TO THE RISK CALL CENTRE AND THEY \WILL REQUEST AN ESCALATION"......"
