No assistance or response

Good morning, 1.) I tried to change my banking details several times now, but to no avail. The debit order keeps going off my old bank account, and obviously is return due to not enough funds. 2.) I suspect, due to the above issue, my account has been deactivated for a while now. Agents keep telling that either someone will contact me, or it will be sorted out in a day or two. However, NOTHING has been done to these matters. Please assist urgently. Regards,
