No assistance on pension withdraw

Urgent help needed. I resigned from FNB end if November. I am still waiting to get assistance on my pension payout. I have called the call centre 5 times this morning - twice my call was disconnected without answer and three times call was picked up you can hear office conversation but not answered - eventually call disconnected - I need assistance pls -
