No assistance

I have been going back and forth since September 2024 with different consultant for my withdrawal, the process was submitted on 4 times and I am still not getting the Msign to accept it on my end. I informed the consultants last year, they confirmed my email address however I'm not receiving the msign. To date there is no feedback on the way forth. I logged the withdrawal for the 5th time today and nothing is bring sent to me. Try calling and you wait over an hour on the line with no answer.
