Nightmare policy

Why didn't anyone tell me what a nightmare it is to cancel investo with Momentum, I have been having endless issues since I signed up and the getting through of Agents they so rude and hang up but when the money is to be paid it's done on time. Sent through all documents and then was told to send through a audit trail which the advisor did so will never recommend it to anyone, even you pay your amount is decreasing instead of increasing
