Never ever do business with Momentum Funds at work.

Momentum Funds at Work, they are withholding my provident fund. My former employer indicated that they will open a case against me to recover their funds. They never opened the case. They never submitted any admission of liability and an court documents to Momentum. I disputed the letter of demand from my employer. My employer legal team sent me an email asking me my desired outcome and resolution on the matter. Momentum is still holding on the Letter of demand that my employer sent. They never reached out to me and find out if am in agreement with the letter of demand or are there any disputes. When I speak with my funds administrator he is very rude. I asked him why he never mentioned to me that my legal team can dispute the letter of demand sent to them. I will never recommend Momentum funds at Work with anyone. If the employer said they will open a court case, I guess there are timelines that they need to follow. 21 days later from the letter of demand. The employer has Never submitted anything to Momentum and Momentum is not doing anything about that.
