NEVER AGAIN

It is absolutely unbelievable how the Multiply Shop still exists. They must be the most *********** people you can deal with. I said 2 years ago I'd never buy from them again. So, my own fault. There is NO service whatsoever!! I ordered an item on th 9 December. There 'banner' said that SOME ITEMS MAY NOT be delivered in the normal turn around time for orders placed after the 6 December. I called their supplier. They said that they were only closing today the 20 December. So there should be no problem with the delivery time.... I called Wednesday 18 December. Temba says, I'll follow up and call you first thing on Thursday 19th. No call. I call after midday, speak to Mohammed. Sir, it's arrived in our warehouse, I'll notify you the tracking number by 4 pm today - that's 19th. Today is the 20th. I call again. I now speak to Elsabe, who gives me the tracking number with their courier. I go online, the courier says there is no such tracking number!!! I rest my case. This must be the most useless online shop. I place an order for 5 items from Takealot yesterday. Already got sms this morning to say delivery on Monday 23rd.... NEVER AGAIN
