N D'Arch - PLEASE FIX YOUR SYSTEM PROPERLY
PLEASE SEE CORRESPONDENCE BELOW FROM THE LAST HELLO PETER COMPLAINT. I AM STILL RECEIVING MAIL FOR THIS GUY FROM 13 YEARS AGO AND I HAVE NOW RECEIVED MAIL WHICH IS DATED 11 NOVEMBER SO SOMETHING ON YOUR SIDE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

We have deactivated the postal address on system for K Bajoor. No further communication will be posted to the PO Box number on record from today - there may however still be postal items that were dispatched in the past week that may still reach your address.

Please accept my apology for the postal items dispatched to you again. At the time of your initial posting, I was assured by the relevant department that the matter has been resolved. I have referred your new complaint back to the department and asked that they investigate why postal items are still being dispatched to you. I have requested again that the postal address be deactivated.

The feedback that I received from our unit trust department was that a manual system run that was executed in November dispatched a bulk communication to all valid as well as invalid addresses on our system. The information provided in September was correct in that we had disabled the address on this contract and invalidated the address. In a perfect world, no further correspondence should have been dispatched to that postal address.
Due to the manual run that executed, the postal item in question was erroneously dispatched . It is always our intention to only dispatch communication to valid and active postal addresses on our system, and barring further human error or system issues, you should not receive any further postal items.
