My Pension Funds claims not processed and no help offered.

After resignation at my previous employer i received a link from momentum funds at Work to process my claim. After i followed the link I was told that documents will be emailed to me but its been two weeks. When i follow up im being send from pillar to post about documents from FNB that no one knows nothing about. The service is so poor and no one is taking responsibility to help me with my pension funds claims for a month now. Im so disappointed that companies such as momentum can fail to adminster a simple process and as a client im being treated unfairly and cannot withdraw or transfer my provident funds.

I warn people to be careful of Momentum and will not want to put my funds with this scheme.
