My lump sum pension fund unpaid

My pension fund is with this company ever since I waited for my pension fund to be paid from last 2024 November as I'm on medical boarding no update from momentum or the agent about the progress even when I phone the phone keep you queuing for long until you cut of no return call their service is poor and unprofessional till up today I have to keep on requesting for updates with no one answering my email but the old answering massage left since last year on their system
