My last day with FirstRand was the 28th of February 2026, and I only received the link to decide what to do with my funds on the 10th of March 2026. I proceeded to opt to keep majority of the funds in the Fund and get a 40% withdrawal from my savings portion. That was the 10th of March. To this day (15 April 2026). I have sent many emails trying to find out what’s happening and while I receive an automated email saying my enquiry will be responded to within 48 hours, I have never received a call or email back. I called in and left a voicemail requesting a callback after being on hold for a while. Nothing. I called in on 8 April 2026 again requesting my funds and was told they were confused on what to do. But was promised my funds would be paid by this week. It is now 7 days later and I call again and I’m told there’s been NO movement on my funds. I still have never received a callback or email response.
