My Healthy Heart Score is Valid until May 2018!! Adjust your records!!

It seems that Multiply is just not on top of their game this year. This is my second complaint this year about Multiply's inconsistencies. I have logged into my Multiply profile, only to see that it is not showing my Healthy Heart rate Score of Green. It is saying I need to do the tests again at Dischem. I last did my tests in May 2017, thus that Healthy Heart Rate Score is still valid until May 2018. Please adjust your records accordingly and ensure I am not penalized on on Health Returns. Come on Multiply, you guys have really sucked in 2018! What's going on over there??? Are you guys looking for reasons to not pay out what their clients have earned?? It is starting to seem that way.

This has been handled terribly! I am so disgusted at how things have been handled. 1. Yesterday I needed 43 points to get to platinum. Then, last night that went up to needing 207 points, now today I need 793 points!! What has happened to my points??? 2. Now, we have a new member called JC Smit who has been added to our Multiply profile. I can see this person's full details, but none of my own. No clue who this person is. Not only is it concerning that I can see someone else private details in my profile, but that could possibly mean that someone else is viewing my private details! I have this person's full points statement in my profile!!! Where is mine? Being viewed by who knows who?? This is a total breach of privacy! 3. Over the past week, I have asked 3 times now for a manager at Multiply to call me, but no one has bothered to pick up the phone. What more could you guys possibly get wrong!! I am beyond furious!
