Multiply WhatsApp agents are inpatient and treat loyal members with disrespect

Use the whatsapp function, and do understand that the AI can not do everything, but ended wit agent Tshepo. This agent is absolute impersonal and show no desire to help. Only gave me links to sites, but I even gave a screenshot to show the function on the link, is not on the app and then Tshepo just left the chat.

No need to contact me, I am sure customer care will say sorry, but that does not change the experience and nor that the whatsapp system clearly communicate the values of the company, which is "clients do not matter". I hear much better values from Discovery
