Multiply Visa Card does not work on first payment!

I ordered my Multiply Visa Card and headed to Dischem today to purchase nappies, medicine etc. I transfer funds into the Multiply Money payment wallet in order for this to happen. When I am at the checkout and paying, the $%@& card does not wor****

I tell the teller to try and after two times I had to leave Dischem without my medicines etc. Every time the message was "card error'. I tried to call the Multiply Money dedicated call centre from Dischem and guess what...? No-one is around.

A note to Megan Harrison, even though today was a public holiday, surely you have skeleton staff to help? Very embarrassing and frustrating from Momentum. I have been with your company for 13 years and take this advice...do not try to launch products to compete with Discovery if you CANNOT get the basics right. Stick to your knitting my friends.

As a loyal customer with multiple products with your company, I deserved better than this.

So when I went back to Dischem yesterday and guess what the teller informs me...? I get told that the card number is invalid!!! I was irritated on Monday but I am furious now. We are now past apologies and I want this to hit Momentum's pocket as well since I have wasted two trips to Dischem and both times had to put the purchase on my credit card. As I said above, do not try to copy Discovery, rather stick to sponsoring cricket etc.
