I booked a flight with Multiply Travel in 2020 on SAA. Now after 2 years SAA has finally refunded the money for the ticket in Jan 2022 which went back to the Travel Agent (Multiply Travel). Still after a month, Multiply Travel refuses to reimburse my money.
