Multiply - takes weeks to respond to emails
This is not my first review of Multiply. One would expect matters to get better. Instead, it is getting worse. Momentum is a good insurance company - excellent rates, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the development side dropped the ball, and the App and many of its functions, just couldn't quite keep up with the requirements. Since November last year, yet again, the famous Safe Dayz are not registering. I reported it and received the quickest, standard reply: you've reached the maximum. So I wait for January, knowing that it should still register, but just not count towards anything. But still, I hope. January arrives, and still Safe Dayz don't register. I am on the fourth email now. Each time a different consultant responds, each time he/she drops previous correspondence, and we start all over again with a cut/paste exercise of re-installing the App (which I have done), trouble shooting, etc. This has taken them a month to do, and each email contains a promise of escalation. It hasn't happened. In addition, no one can change my Clicks Card number or my surname on thát screen. Unbelievable! I have so many gripes, there are just not enough space to type it all. For example, why are 4 x 10,000 steps required in some weeks, then suddenly 5 x 10,000 in the next, to qualify for a weekly win. Goalposts are adjusted without communication. Not to even mention Multiply Money, which I am now completely unable to access and again, it has been more than 48 hours since I have informed Momentum, but no reply. Consultants are so concerned about the rating at the end of a call, yet email remain unanswered.
