Multiply store *****s your money & Vouchers
I purchased R5000 worth of vouchers from Momentum last friday and till date have not received R3000 worth of said vouchers. After calls everyday to Momentum Multiply and the countless excuses, I get told my bank didn't pay for the vouchers, I send Momentum the proof of payment from RMB and they still ignore resolving the issue. So I don't have my vouchers or my R3000 thanks to the poor services of Momentum.
I would recommend to all Momentum members, be warned as the Multiply team do not have your interest at heart.

Dear Karisma,
Your vouchers were not dispatched as a result of Nedbank's systems going down on Black Friday. Certain transactions did not go through, but payments were still deducted from the clients bank account. Our payment provider identified these “Failed” transactions and automatically proceeded to refund the amounts deducted bank into the clients’ accounts.
Your refund was processed by our payment service provider on Saturday, 25 November 2017. I have sent you a separate email with a copy of the EFT slip for the refund processed.
Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, as stated in the refund notification.
I apologise for the inconvenience and aggravation that was caused - I hope that this incident will not be repeated and such issues are not experienced in the future.
Kind regards,
Nicolette D'Arch

Dear Karisma,
Thank you for your response. Our call centre was not aware that the cause of the failed transaction was due to the bank systems being down on the 24th, they were thus unaware that our service provider had already processed a refund. On receipt of your Hellopeter posting, we launched an in depth investigation, which was when we were informed of chain of events and steps taken to refund the money.
I am so sorry that you are unhappy with the outcome.
Kind regards,
