Multiply shop

I ordered and paid for goods on Multiply, paid by credit card and money was debited off my account. I then never received the goods. Once I got hold of multiply they said they never received funds. I then check with FNB and they confirmed funds were released, I have provided proof to momentum they eventually agreed they received the funds after trying to brush me off. Then it went to the there financial department who confirmed a refund was in place, this was 8th July. I have still not received my refund and they keep reassuring me but nothing comes through.

Be warned they will do anything to keep your money!!! this is in my opinion ********* and just a load of BS
