Multiply Safe Dayz - incorrect allocations
Dearest Momentum and Multiply, I have now been trying to resolve my query since April. And this is not the first time that I've had an issue with the Safe Day allocation. The inability of the Application to record Safe Dayz correctly impacts on the points allocated, and it also affects the bonus paid to me once-a-year. Literally a double-whammy!
The Safe Dayz were not allocated last year, during a number of months. Your feedback to me, after NUMEROUS reminders about the unresolved query since April this year, is that you did not receive enough data to allocate a Safe Day. Well, then you should be allocating a non-travelling Safe Day?!
To make matters worse, my husband's Safe Dayz are also a mess, and feedback simply isn't forthcoming. He is on the fourth email now. Still nothing....
You seem to be very understaffed at the moment, because queries don't get resolved. I even have a vehicle claim no one seems to be attending to. It's been more than a week since I reported it, and I still don't even have a claim number!
And don't get me started on the fact that Multiply makes it more difficult each year to get to Private Club. I agree 100% with the review of Dave posted in November 2021 - we now have life insurance, car and home content insurance, and two tax free savings accounts with Momentum. We go to gym, we drive like Miss Daisy, and we do everything right to earn precious points. It just ain't enough to get back to Private Club.... I cannot possibly be the only member with this issue. We all feel the same.
Let's hope someone reads Hello Peter reviews. And feedback doesn't just mean an system generated response.
Kind regards
