Multiply' s horrible new rules (keep away)

So Multiply members have had no say in the new rules and functionality of the new website. Multiply has now become a very difficult program to score New features have made sure members earn points slower and make it more difficult than before From now on your investments will have to be more than R50 000 in order for you to qualify for points making it benefit the who haves The new website is also more difficult to follow and now one is unable to see where one could have scored more points or needs to score more points The recommendation I once gave, will be no more Right now I am actually looking at your competitor as maybe the grass is greener on the other side

I was contacted by multiply, but doubt anything is going change that we complain about. The rules for 2018 are set and in place so I guess improvement will only be made next year for 2019. Also during the phone call I mentioned how its only the old members will benefit as they will get points for having longstanding products and have already built up their investments etc. I also mentioned how the goal posts have changed. From paying R130 for a gym membership to paying R425 and that will probably increase this year too. At the end of the day if I am paying more (gym memebership+ multiply membership) and my status is being downgraded unless I fork out more money on additional policies then I might as well focus on Vitality or eBucks which offer similar benefits. Also details on Momentum policies cant be read up online, one has to go via a broker which I dont have time for.
