Multiply points- no multiply promises

I have various products with momentum and have been a member of multiply for two years. They state in their adverti*****ts that it is a loyalty plan - though one has to fight for the loyalty points. I received a green heart score, but only received 50/ 70 points. This is due to the fact that I received 40 points for being vaccinated. Sorry they say then your green heart score does not entitle you to 70 points!!!!! This is not stated in their guidelines. They promised to get back to me on this... still waiting. I have also not received my point for all my products. I have had to phone and write email after email- and still I do not have all my points. Loyalty and service they say, no only empty promises.
